Please note young people under the age of 16 are 1/2 price and children under 10 go free, however we still need to know how many children are attending. We really do want to make sure this year has the same great family atmosphere as in 2009 and 2010, therefore we have to say no to any groups of youths. Also all children under the age of 16 have to be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

There is going to be more on- site food outlets this year. However, we love to see your creative picnics and of course, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol; please drink sensibly.

To help ensure another successful and safe weekend we would ask you to observe the following rules to confirm to our health and safety plans.

1, Individually numbered wristbands will be issued upon your arrival, please wear them at all times.

2, No glass bottles to be taken onto the festival field, plastic containers will be available free at the bar.

3, All barbeques, fires etc to be off the ground. All fires etc to be extinguished before 1am, security will be on site all night to ensure this. No Chinese lanterns please.

4, Whilst we appreciate the straw bales are fun please ask your children not to stack them up or pull them apart (as this adds to the worry of fires)

5, During the festival the field comes under normal licensing laws and to this extent no under age drinking will be allowed. On the same footing anyone using excessive foul language or behaving in a manner to the annoyance of other festival goers will be asked to leave.

By all means eat, drink, sing, dance and be merry but remember this is a family festival.

We have had a number of bookings made by teenagers. Although this is accepted by the booking programme tickets will not be issued. Please do not apply if you will not be accompanied by a responsible adult as Paypal costs will be deducted from your compensation and causes undue awkward feelings.
